Wildcat Falls
Wildcat Falls, nestled in Pisgah National Forest, is a serene 50-60 foot waterfall accessible via a gentle 1.5-mile roundtrip hike. Starting from a small campsite along NC Highway 215, less than a mile from the Blue Ridge Parkway, the Flat Laurel Creek Trail winds through a tranquil forest, following an old logging road and railroad grade. Along the way, you'll encounter a charming concrete bridge offering picturesque views of the falls. It's an ideal spot for a leisurely hike, family-friendly exploration, and photography enthusiasts.
