Linville Falls, often called the "Grand Canyon of the Southern Appalachians," is undoubtedly one of the most photographed waterfalls in North Carolina. Located along the Blue Ridge Parkway at Milepost 316, this stunning spot offers a 1.6-mile round-trip hike that takes you to four incredible overlooks of the falls. Want more views? Add another 1.5 miles to your trek for two additional vistas that’ll leave you in awe. For an even quieter experience, park at the second lot in the National Forest.
